Teacher Account

This is the option to purchase teacher accounts with one class. The accounts are active for 2 years from the date of purchase. The accounts are set to automatically remind and bill the account holder when nearing the account expiration date. Upon receipt of payment, LCAS will renew the accounts with no lapse in service. This process is designed to maintain high-quality continuity of service and data. Renewal is optional.

EPP Account

EPPs must first establish an account with LCAS. The initial account includes: 1 Administrative account login with access to all aspects of the EPP account.- 3 Clinical Supervisor logins. Pre-service teachers may be assigned to these logins for tracking and evaluation.- Upload of up to 5 forms and/or evaluative instruments (provided to LCAS per our delivery specifications)- Immediate access to all active student accounts associated with the EPP.There is a one-time fee for account set-up of $5500.00 that must be paid in advance in addition to the monthly maintenance fee (based upon the number of accounts associated with the EPP) which will be billed electronically. If an account becomes more than 30 days delinquent it will be suspended until owed fees are paid in full. Fees continue to accrue regardless of account status.

Student/School Performance Data Pack

In order to use LCAS you will need to complete the purchase process for the semester. The process is very simple - click on the button below and you will be taken to our check-out system (2CheckOut.com). Upon completion of a successful transaction you will be returned to this location, your account information will be automatically created and displayed for use. Please make sure to keep a copy of this someplace handy. You will be asked what grade level you are researching (1-10 are available) which will be used in preparing your data once you complete the purchase.
